Chef Eric Randolph

Chef Eric Randolph has over twenty years of experience in fine dining beginning with his initial training in French cuisine at Le Cordon Blue in Chicago, Illinois. He continued to build his skill and passion for fine taste through the early 2000s working at one of Chicago’s top restaurants Quince, featuring modern American dishes focused on precise balance and execution.

After moving to South Carolina in 2009, Eric became interested in growing fresh produce and using local ingredients. He furthered his understanding of Southern cuisine, working at some of Columbia’s finest restaurants including Motor Supply Company, Solstice, Mr. Friendly’s, and Terra.

Eric brings his creativity and passion to the table, creating meals that nourish and delight.
